PAM BREKAS
Pam Brekas is a retired high school art teacher who has not slowed down since moving back to Nevada in 2005. Currently she serves as President of the Nevada Artists Association in Carson City. She also substitutes for the local high school art teachers, belongs to numerous art leagues, is a member of the Carson Tahoe chapter of the Harley Owners Group, and active in the Antique Automobile Club of America (Carson-Tahoe Region). Pam is an avid photographer and is frequently printed in “Capitol Snaps” in the Nevada Appeal. She is an abstract artist whose paintings can be seen in East Fork Gallery and Artistic Viewpoints Gallery in Gardnerville, and Brewery Arts Center Gallery in Carson City. Pam also does workshops at Artistic Viewpoints Gallery and has a one man show upstairs in the Brewery Arts Center (through April).
