Lakeside Beach, one of the finest sand beaches on the entire Lake on the South/East Shore is privately owned by Lakeside Park Association. Lakeside Beach provides a lifeguard in summer season to overlook a protected swim area. Paddle boats and kayaks are available for rent on the water on the south end of the beach. Swing sets, children's playset and regulation volleyball offer activity on land.
Walking and bicycles are encouraged. Lakeside Beach and Marina are serviced by the local bus and trolley system.
Access to homeowners is year round with proper plastic pass 6:00am 9:00pm. A gatekeeper is present in summer season from 8:00am thru 7pm seven days a week.
